Powerful Tools for Caregivers
Powerful Tools is an educational program designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves while caring for others who have a chronic illness. Class meets once a week on Wednesdays for 6 Weeks. Class size is limited but a minimum of 8 participants is rquired.
