Led by the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT)\, the SC+EV initiative includes the development and deployment of EV charging equipment along its interstate highway system\, which will be executed in support of the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program.\n\n \n\n SC+EV will implement a multi-year\, phased approach to develop a convenient\, reliable\, affordable\, and equitable statewide EV charging network. During the initial phase\, SCDOT aims to engage various industry organizations\, partners\, and agencies who will support the development of this initiative and the future of EV infrastructure in South Carolina.\n \n \n \n \n To inform and present further initiative information to the public\, SCDOT will hold public open houses at the dates and locations listed below. Those who wish to attend an open house can drop in anytime to review project information\, speak with members of the project team\, and provide valuable feedback.
