2023 Rice Festival Parade
This annual event starts on Jefferies Boulevard at Detreville Street and continues down Jefferies to Forest Hills Road (by Rizer Chevrolet), then turns left and ends at Ivanhoe Shopping Center.
This year's Grand Marshal is Senator Margie Bright Matthews!
