Join Colleton Medical Center's award winning impatient rehab and outpatient therapy team on the first Friday of each month for a stroke support group.
Colleton Medical Center's goal is to help survivors learn how to live after a stroke. With survivors and their caregivers, joining other experiences are shared, bonds of surviving are strengthened, and friendships are created.
